Changes From Age 4

HERO CHANGES

• The Paladin's 4th attribute (Wielding) has been increased in effectiveness by 25%

GOD CHANGES

• Thor's Lightning Riders now have a base offence of 10, up from 9 last age
• Lightning Riders' offence increases by 2 per 1k GP, up from 1.5 last age
• Thor's food consumption penalty has been decreased to +10%, down from +25% last age
• Thor heroes automatically gain 2 strength every time they gain a level (they still receive 5 attribute points as well)

• Frigg's base population bonus has been increased to +25% from +20%
• Frigg now experiences -25% casualties (both offensive and defensive)

• Jormungandr now receives +10% offensive power versus Thor, up from +5% last age
• Jormungandr cities now receive -25% casualties when attacking non-Jotun cities

• Baldur's mages now begin at level 8, up from level 3 last age
• Baldur now begins with level 4 Spell Casting, up from level 2 Spell Casting last age

• Njord's Hjortsprings now have 22 offence, up from 20

MISCELLANEOUS CHANGES

• Leadership has been replaced by the attribute Knowledge, which provides your city with some extra research point production.
• Exploration silver costs have been increased (very very slightly for low land values, a bit more at high land values).
• Battle Prowess (the research area) is now about 25% cheaper
